It comes ready to install, painting is not required, however, to maintain uniform color we recommend painting with 100% acrylic latex paint. Fasten your PVC with a standard PVC cement and stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized nails using common wood­working tools. Because PVC won’t absorb water, it’s perfect for installing directly to masonry or below ground level (basements), which is not always possible with wood or composite material. Feel good using a green product too, making it both economical and environmentally friendly.
