Our Amber Waves free standing clawfoot tubs are produced, 100%, while meeting strict enviromentally friendly standards. Cambridge Plumbing has pioneered the application of Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) technology to acrylic clawfoot bathtub manufacturing. RTM, most notably developed within the boating industry, features a closed-mold process that uses a vacuum-sealed mold to infuse fiberglass with a specialized resin compound. This results in virtually zero emissions, virtually zero waste, and actually increases the strength of each bathtub unit. This 30″ x 66″ clawfoot slipper soaking tub is gloss white, has continuous rim which accomodates free standing tub filler and oil rubbed bronze feet.
