The Human Trainer Standard Handles are a clip-on accessory used in hundreds of exercise options and variations. Manufactured with repeated long-term use in mind, the handles are made with the most comfortable and durable materials, and designed with a heavy-duty carabiner to allow for quick and easy attachment and removal from the selected D-Rings on the Main Straps.
For a more time efficient workout we recommend an extra set of handles so that two handle sets can be set up simultaneously. This will allow for seamless changes in between exercises.
