The HV1600 is a powerful, insulated whole house fan that will quietly and effectively reduce the indoor temperature of your home. The indoor temperature is often higher than the outdoor temperature, particularly in the evening. By pulling heat out of your home, cooler outside air is drawn in. The heated air is then pushed out through the attic vents. The HV1600 utilizes efficient two, two-speed fan motors to minimize noise and power consumption. Our system has the industry’s only automatic, motorized dual door assembly, providing an air tight seal with insulating value of R-38. The HV1600 is designed for quick and easy installation. The fan housing will fit either 16 or 24 in. on-center joists with no joist cutting. The grille attaches to the ceiling below for a clean finished look from the living space.
