On some BMW’s, the flywheel bolts are torx T60 and are deeply seated within the dual mass flywheel. Traditional T60 torx sockets will not be adequate to access these bolts which is needed for both removal and installation. Without this special tool installation of a new clutch flywheel will be virtually impossible.
