This is an off-loading, zero heel pressure foot boot that has an open heel design. The super soft poly-fill and a soft cozy cloth inner surface help maintain pressure redistribution and minimal friction which supports prevention and treatment of heel pressure sores. The outer cover is a stretch wipe clean fabric. The extended height prevents sheets and blankets from contacting the toes and the reinforced construction assists in aiding in plantar flexion (foot drop control).This model also includes a foam bi-lateral anti-rotation gripper that aids in maintaining proper orientation of the leg. Easy to apply with adjustable straps for custom fit. Reusable and can be laundered. Dvt compatible.
