This product is intended for residents with involuntary hand closure. It is tapered to the natural contour of the hand for continued comfort. It also serves the purpose of preventing residents from digging their fingernails into their palms, and also provides a mild form of hand exercise. The elastic band prevents the grip from being dropped. It is filled with resilient polyester pile, and has an outer polyester cover. The cushion grip can be laundered.
