The Ironwear 2820 tower hook provides superior strength and versatility over standard hooks. With a large gate opening of 1.97”, this hook allows for connection to a wider variety of anchorage points, making it ideal for use with thicker beams such as scaffolding and pipes. The turn-locking mechanism at the opening automatically locks when released, while the steel alloy construction provides a gate strength of 3,600 lbs and a minimum breaking strength of 9,000 lbs, meeting ANSI Z359.12.
