GDL Series builds on this proud heritage by offering height adjustment capability in a compact caster. Small in stature, yet large in strength, they are designed to minimize overall height while maximizing load capacity. GDL-75-BSF-NYD is rated at 700 kg with an overall height of 110 mm. Up to 18 mm of height adjustment capability is available for an accurate level set. GDL-75-BSF-NYD is mounted with a 90 mm x 90 mm top plate (70 mm x 70 mm bolt hole pattern) using 4 bolts and nuts (NOT INCLUDED).
The swivel section contains 2 sets of ball bearings for easy maneuverability. Bearing raceway sleeves made from hardened steel prevent scouring to the aluminum frame, leading to high performance and dependable reliability.
Moving is easy thanks to a Nylon 66 wheel outfitted with 2 ball bearings. And once positioned in the desired location, a leveling shaft is lowered using a fixed adjustable nut.
Making adjustments, even under a heavy load, is light work for GDL Series leveling casters. High quality components and expert craftsmanship lend users the ability to achieve a level set with ease. When it is time to move again, simply raise the leveling foot to restore the freedom of mobility. A side pin wheel lock is included for braking.
