This Internal Plastic Pipe Cutter by Rapid Repair is constructed of steel and can cut plastic pipe internally from as small as 1-1/4 inches in diameter. This tool features a saw tooth hardened steel cutter blade on a steel shaft that attaches to a power drill. Use of this internal plastic pipe cutter allows for flush cuts down to ground level, but requires a power drill for use. Use caution when installing into drill chuck.
