The Single use Charcoal pouch is made from a Cellulose Material (corn sugar and wood pulp) which allows the pouch to burn safely with no chemical or plastic smell from the burning pouch. The pouch contains 2.2 oz of Insta-Fire product with an Apple wood, Alderwood, Mesquite, Hickory, or Cherry hard wood pellet, as it burns it releases a smoke flavor smell to the charcoal. Simply place the single use charcoal pouch under the charcoal grate on any grill. Light the pouch on both sides, and place the charcoal on the grate allowing at least one inch of space between the pouch and the charcoal. The charcoal will be ready to cook when all the edges are white.
