GN 62 U-Shaped magnets have a split magnetic surface. These are non-shielded magnetic systems produced by casting. To ensure that the magnetic forces are not impaired, the mounting screws must be made of non-magnetic material. For easier handling and/or to avoid demagnetization, these magnets have an iron plate on their magnetic surface.
