Our solid Shelf are constructed of stainless steel with ultra-durable die-cast corners for extra strength. The heavy-duty stainless steel round wire Shelf are ideal for any storage application, dry or wet arnd are constructed of commercially rated stainless steel wire. Shelf 48 in. and longer include center truss support for additional strength and durability. Both Solid and Wire Shelf can also be used with our HDS-Plus High Density Shelving System.

• Fast and Secure Assembly – Stainless steel posts with the double groove visual guide feature, have circular grooves at 1 in. (25mm) intervals and are numbered at 2 in. (50mm) intervals. A tapered split sleeve (plastic) snaps together around each post. Tapered openings in the shelf corners slide over the tapered split sleeves to lock on the shelf. Shelf is assembled in minutes without the use of any special tools.
• Shelf Accessibility – Shelf can be adjusted at 1 in.(25mm) intervals along the entire length of the post.
• Durable – Constructed of Stainless Steel panel with die cast aluminum corners.
• Adjustable Feet – Bolt levelers compensate for uneven surfaces.

Assembly Instructions

• Step 1 – For Mobile version, install casters into bottoms of posts.
• Step 2 – Choose the desired height of the bottom shelf (for added stability, it is recommended that the bottom shelf is installed no more than 6 in. from the floor and the top shelf no more than 6 in. from the top) Snap two (2)tapered Shelf, with the word UP on top, at the desired height on each post. Shelf can be adjusted every 1 in. (Note – Double grooves in the posts are placed every 8 th groove for simple shelf height reference.)
