Super 3000 Cement is a premixed air and heat setting mortar which withstands temperatures up to 3000 Degrees F and resists freezing down to 0 Degrees F. Super 3000 Cement is gray in color and has a sodium silicate binder which eliminates the need to dampen the brick during application. This makes it shrink resistant while giving it exceptional strength and workability. The Super 3000 Cement for Troweling is without grit. It should be stored in an area where the temperature is above freezing yet not above 90 Degrees F. If product freezes during shipping it should be thawed and thoroughly mixed before using. Coverage is 4-6 sq. ft. per gallon when applied to a thickness of .125in to .25in thick. Super 3000 Cement has a maximum application thickness of .25in. The best application for this product is a masonry to masonry bond. 55 lbs.
