Scopenext f71 70.0/71.0mm female buttress thread adapter to hold the hand pump steady in the container. The adapter is threaded into the container and then the pump inserted through the adapter. The adapter outer is tightened and the inner sealing ring holds the pump in place whist the container is emptied.
