Great for planting woody and/or bushy herbs like rosemary, sage and thyme. Most suitable for late season crops, including chrysanthemums as well as tuber plants like dahlias. Round pot permits good air ventilation, allowing pot walls to dry and harden in between watering. Conservative watering is important for long term durability of planted pots to last full growing season. Suggested shelf life is approximately 4 months after initial planting. The larger pot size maintains ability to rapidly decompose once planted. At transplant time, plant the whole pot, no need to crush or tear as the roots will grow through the pot.
