Unbreakable, flexible, low density polyethylene 4″ tappered handles with textured surface. beads are shatterproof low density polyethylene 1.5″ long with a 0.07″ wall thickness and 0.375″ outside diameter. beads, alternate in light and dark colors to enhance visibility, and are strung over a 0.125″ diameter braided nylon cord (16 strand) that is held in the handles with figure eight knots.
