The Ironwear 2341 double leg lanyard provides lightweight energy absorption to safely reduce impacts caused by fall arrest. The internal shock absorber is sheathed by a durable polyester webbing and stretches up to 4’ in length for a maximum capacity of 310 lbs, meeting ANSI Z359.13. A steel snap hook is included in the middle, with pelican rebar hooks at the ends of each leg providing secure, flexible and balanced connection.
Designed specifically for industrial use, this lanyard can be adapted to a wide range of fall arrest systems to prevent workplace injury. It is not approved for use in any non-occupational applications.
To clean, hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then leave to air dry. Avoid submerging the hooks in water or cleaning solution by hanging the lanyard on or draping the lanyard over a sturdy base (so that it does not touch the ground) during cleaning. Do NOT machine wash or dry. Do NOT use cleaning solutions such as bleach. Employing any cleaning method other than the recommendations above may compromise the quality of the lanyard, resulting in performance below advertised standards.
