The Testo 105 digital food thermometer is designed for measuring the core temperature of frozen and non-frozen food. This version includes a frozen food tip. There are two other tips available: a standard tip for non-frozen semi-solid media, i.e. meat, cheese and jellies. The other tip is a longer 7.8 in. tip for frozen food. Both the standard and optional long frozen food probes are excellent for measuring the temperature of liquid foods.
